FEDERAZIONE GOMMA PLASTICA

The Federazione Gomma Plastica headquarters, located in an elegant 1950s building in central Milan, occupies approximately 500 square meters. The renovation transcends the traditional, austere image of offices. The project created more contemporary, light, and welcoming spaces, attentive to people and visitors, with functional spaces and custom-designed, suspended furnishings free of visual burden.The delicate color palette of whites, grays, and light beiges, along with pops of color and graphic details, permeates the entire space from the work areas to the entrance and reception. The reorganization allowed for an increase in workstations thanks to a more compact meeting room, optimized by an advanced videoconferencing system, while the lighting and systems were updated to ensure comfort and performance.The result is a functional, welcoming, and contemporary environment that combines institutional identity and quality of work life, conveying a new, less formal concept of representation.
