The project is characterized by the search of wide perspectives, despite the obvious limitations of this small apartment, located in the center of Milan.
The only point of the apartment with a double overlooking, is located at the entrance, where are obtained a laundry room and a large living room with open kitchen. The two spaces are organized around the existing pillar, which is harmoniously integrated with a cantilevered “snack table ”.
The spatial continuity is underlined by a special flooring for an apartament, that recalls an industrial concrete flooring, and enhances the uniformity and simplicity of the others surfaces.
Clean lines and sober tones , give to this space a minimalist and elegant look.
